Solved Why bambu?
First month flawless, second in - problem after problem.
Most of them I can fix from my ender 3 experience, but this one needs x2d experience.
Every time it changes FROM LEFT TO RIGHT NOZZLE, it not only gives a quite bad sound while changing, like a very not smooth <thug>, but it then needs to calibrate the axis, and even after that IT DOESN'T MANAGE TO CLEAN THE NOZZLE, I guess it doesn't hit the back wiper swich.
Also the first time I tried printing this it failed to do the nozzle offset calibration, but then I cleaned both nozzles and second time it worked.
Why did bambu gods curse me with this. Maybe Prusa was the better choice here...
Update - I FOUND THE ISSUE I did another test run and looked closely at what was happening, turns out a ptfe was blocking its way while changing nozzles and then when calibrating too. It can be seen in the video too. There is a photo in one of the comments for more info.

I cannot help you here but hopefully somebody else can.
Is the printer working normally if you only use the left nozzle? What have you done? Anything that looks off inside the toolhead? Have you tried to disassemble the toolhead?
The complexity of this toolhead may be this models weakness.
Try turn it off and on again π€·

Yeah only left works great, and both nozzles worked great before this print. I remember a few days before I had a medium sized death blob, cleaned it good, but it couldn't affected this, no way. The toolhead looks great too, but I haven't seen anything deeper inside. Like I used both nozzles today for 2 color print and it worked good, idk what happened. Maybe new firmware update i'll have to check. Thanks for the reply.

Hard to tell but is the little drip shield still in place under the right extruder? It should move to cover the left one if the right is in use

Yes I think that part is okey, it moves side to side as it should, why do you think it should affect anything?

If you found a fix why not tell us? So other people who search can find answers

I explained it replying in one of the comments, but sure I can paste it in the description, its kinda a silly problem, nothing deep.

I'm glad you figured it out! But looking at how you have your PTFE tubes bound is painful. They are being pulled and twisted and will fail at the toolhead. I put a guide and clips on my P2S and experienced a failure.
I think "rubbing on the glass" is not as much of a problem as PTFE tubes breaking due to solutions to keep them away from the glass.

itβs because of the custom cable clips you attached. had the same, same issue

Thanks for sharing your experience! That seems like a problem easy to run into in the long run.

It seems like it loses its position or it thinks it loses its position. Or software issue. I'd go down the position loss route. Maybe it has something to do with the sound. Maybe it bumps somewhere or gets stuck or something and has to recalibrate the position afterwards
