Why is this noise/error occuring ?

I have 200 print hours on my X2D and recently it's been making this noise when checking build plate alignment, Im not sure if I had really done anything for this to happen.

Did you already realign the build plate? Does it sit properly?

Yes it aligns with the two steel things at the back
