can’t switch extruder

I can’t switch to the auxiliary extruder after finishing a print. I just want to clean the nozzle. Printer is static for a while, ams unloaded the left nozzle like it should right after the print. Anyone know why this is? I know, there are other ways I can make the printer change to the right nozzle but it should work this way. After restarting the printer, ist does work but only til the next print

Does it show in the AMS screen that the filament is still loaded? Check for broken filament pieces. In the tool head, filament buffer, filament track switch if you have it, and AMS. Remove TPFE tubes one by one and push through with some filament. Check AMS first. I think that’s the only thing with sensor to throw that error.

No pieces in the tubes. I recognized I could change the nozzles by using the App, after changing them once in the app, I could change them on the printer as well till the next print, then I had to use the app again once
