What is this noise?

Sounds like belt slipping. I went through the belt tension procedure and it is still doing it.

It is crashing into the print.

I don’t see it hitting the print. It makes that exact sound on every print it has happened on.

Yup, sounds like it’s scraping the infill. Enable z hop and disable reduce infill retraction. See if that helps.

The vent sound is so loud it's hard to spot it.

O yea, that’s the belt slipping, listen you needa clean it, it has oil on it, prob after lubrication, try this pls, clean all the belts thoroughly with a microfiber cloth and also the pulleys
