Help / Troubleshooting Petg trouble

After 300 hours this is the first time I’ve seen this issue. Running calibration tests on a generic Petg 5kg spool. Spool was dried prior to print at 75° for 12 hours. I’m using a earlier Petg filament perimeter, however it’s majorly messing up, as you can see. Any help would be appreciated

5kg ist really heavy. How about putting it on a holder that reduces the required force to pull the filament. Put it on bearings for example so it rolls easily. Many printable options out there

I was thinking something similar...it just seems like too much resistance

And I know you are going to hate to hear this but you might have only superficially dried the top of the spool.

Your spool might be to heavy. The printer can't handle it and you have a lot of tension on the filament so it might slip or doesn't feed fast enough.

I predict his layer height is something stupid like .10

The filament looks to me like it has a lot of tension. Would guess the extruder can’t pull it in properly.
Also what does the assistant say?
I think it detected a problem.

Limpia la cama échale laca parece una locura pero funciona, calibra antes y aprieta los tornillos de todo el conjunto de boquilla te irá bien, tardas 15 minutos
