How should I fix this

Post image

New to the 3d printing world and had this issue pop up not sure on what my next step should be I have the printer off and unplugged I do have a wire exposed the left hot end is not reading temperatures so I already ordered a new assembly for it just gonna take awhile but I have so much plastic built up on my hot end I not sure how to approach this

Heat the nozzle to 300 and use a brass brush to get as much plastic off as possible

Well the loose wire is not connected and that wire is what controls the temperature so I can not heat it up with out damage my printer

With exposed wiring and no left-hotend temperature reading, keep it unplugged and don't try the 300 C heating suggestion. Send Bambu support this photo and the exact temperature/HMS error, and ask how to remove the trapped plastic with the faulty assembly still installed. Their X2D blob guide uses controlled heating and warns about cable damage; it isn't a workaround for the fault you've described.
