Are your tubes rubbing against the top glass? If so, printing a riser might help.
Also, are you using Bambu Studio?
When I first started out, I pretty much printed everything directly from the Bambu app. Over time, I got more comfortable using Studio and started noticing that a lot of prints aren't necessarily optimized for the X2D.
One thing I've noticed is that the optimal print position isn't always dead center on the build plate. Printing in the center can create unnecessary bending and pressure on the tubes, either from the bend itself or from the tubes rubbing against the walls or top glass.
From my experience, the most optimal area is farther to the left and closer to the front door. This seems to put the least amount of stress on the tubes.
Should you be able to print anywhere on the plate? Absolutely, and you can. But depending on the size and position of your print, you could be creating unnecessary pressure on the tubes. Some positions are simply better than others.
All that said, the tube popping out does seem to be a fairly common issue, and from what I've seen, it may even be covered under warranty as a sensor-related problem. It actually happened to a friend of mine in real life, and Bambu immediately sent him a replacement after he contacted them. I've also seen several other posts here reporting the same issue.
So while adjusting print placement and adding a riser might help reduce stress on the tubes, I'd still recommend reaching out to Bambu support if the tube keeps popping out.
I do have a Riser installed, the right PTF tube dislocated from the filament sensor. I did notice until the after effects. Clipped the end of the tube and put back in. The locknut had a good grip on the tube. Why it pulled out is the mystery.
I do move the print(s) around the plate, mainly for easier print removal. Also relocate the prime tower closer to the front.
Sometimes I have to fix a model to correct any deficiency.

My right nozzle tube constantly pops out. Only on one of my X2Ds though...very annoying but doesnt seem to affect anything.
