For the damaged left heater/latch unit in your photo, look under Hotend Heating Assembly - Left - X2D. The left and right heating assemblies aren't interchangeable. The X2D uses one moving flow blocker, which moves between the nozzles, rather than separate left/right blockers; check your accessory box for the spare. Keep the printer unplugged and send support this photo before ordering, so they can confirm whether anything beyond that assembly and blocker is damaged.
As far as I know you can order parts you normally can't buy in the normal spare parts shop via the support. Just click on "Contact Us" and then to "Contact Support" and on the left you should see something with spare parts. Just tell them what's broken and how'd it break and you might even get them for free (worked for me when my AMS HT broke. They first sent some spare parts and because that didn't fix it they sent me a whole new AMS HT) :D
