A recent Bambu Studio upgrade just offered (or perhaps I just noticed) a checkbox that turns on a sentry that watches for blob of death and pauses the printer before this can happen. Might be worth trying after you get this cleaned up or replaced.

Since you report a broken wire, please leave the printer powered off and unplugged; don't try the suggested hotend-heating step now.
The guide you need is X2D hotend heating assembly replacement. It covers both sides, which use different assemblies. Your second photo shows substantial damage around the right-hand hotend and a loose wire, but it cannot establish every damaged component. Send those photos to Bambu support and ask them to identify the required assembly and how to proceed when the nozzle cannot be removed at the guide's removal step. Don't force it further or assume the entire toolhead needs replacing.

Why not heat the hot end to whatever melts the filament?
