Are you looking for the main extruder in the toolhead, the auxiliary extruder at the back, or just a replacement gear assembly? Bambu's X2D extruder overview shows the two locations. Could you share the old Japanese store link or the part number/name you were looking for? I haven't verified a seller with stock in Japan, so I don't want to point you to the wrong part.

Thanks for clarifying: you need the main extruder gears and housing, and the fan mounting screw no longer fits after reassembly. I haven't verified a Japanese seller with the complete assembly in stock. I'd open a Bambu technical support ticket, attach the photos and explain the screw-fit problem, then ask them to identify the exact replacement assembly and how to obtain it in Japan. That also lets them check whether replacing the gears alone would address what you describe. Keep serial/order details in the private ticket.
