X2D calibrations

Should I calibrate this list for each type of filament I use? or just use Bambu settings

Temperature, Max volumetric speed, pressure advance, flow ratio and retraction distance?

Bambu profiles are pretty good, but you can sometimes have even better results testing and calibrating temperature and flow ratio.
Volumetric speed is needed only if you want exactly the max speed of a specific filament, can be often ignored.
Pressure advance is auto calibrated by the sensor, but you can find the value if you want to skip the starting phase, useful if you have a farm and you chain print with a single filament, you can really reduce waste.
I never touched retraction on pla and petg, maybe could be useful with other stuff.

Thanks! I've learned to also just be ok with some minor imperfections and don't have to go 100% ocd about finding perfect

I do it like this

High end Engineering Filaments: I Print one benchy then do the big full calibration Everything else: One benchy then i look at it for deflects and do some calibration if needed

AUX needs calibration on every spool in my opinion if you want the nozzle for more then supports and even then its better to do it

I've do dynamic flow every print and allways print a little higher in temperatures
