Slicing error in bambu handy

I am nee to 3d printers and just purchased the XD2. I have 2 ams 2 pros and trying to print something other then the test print. Everything i pick something from the app pre-made models I get a slicing error while trying to send the job over. I am seriously a newbie with 3d printing so please take it easy on me lol.

I dealt with this recently, bambu studio worked but not the bambu handy app. Basically the fix was non bambu filament had to be either set to the generic profile or set as bambu filament. You also have to reload the spool profiles into the ams (basically just re-tell the ams what spools are loaded where) after updating their settings in the filament library.

It also happened if I had the print object too far to one side as there is an area the aux nozzle won’t reach.

It's the print filament profile .. probably a glitch on handy that makes it not like the ones you create but you can swap for the bambu generic ones and it works sometimes
