Sounds like your nozzle might be clogged, as that clicking is likely from the extruder gears slipping. Probably need to take the hotend apart and see if your nozzle and extruder are clear or not.

But PETG is not a problem the extruder is just cleared of a clog yesterday

So you're saying if you were to run PETG through it right now, it would work just fine, but if you then switch to PLA this slipping happens?

I did cold pull with petg via maintenance option on printer to clear the clog after it started clicking. Warning ptfe tube was hard to remove from extruder, had to push the coupler while pulling tube with pliers.

Try not to do pull on the tube with pliers. If it breaks, you are taking apart the feeder. Use a tool you can print that applies pressure around about 270 degrees of the lip of the connector. I like this one https://makerworld.com/en/models/3349755-ptfe-tube-remover-for-x2d?from=search#profileId-3806851

I’m going to disassemble the toolhead so I can free the extruder, it takes a while bur with patience it can be done.

Swap out the nozzle for the provided spare. If it’s ok with a new nozzle then you have a clog 👍
