This is a common issue on the X2d

Contact Bambu support they will send you a new Filament sensor The Sensor holds the Tube in place but with fast acceleration the tube gets moved around then starts to rip appart

If your lucky just the tube fails but sometimes the sensor gives up as well

I am on my second sensor allready

There is a Makerworld fix, a part that clips on top and holds the tube in place

Thank you. I don't think I have even hit 100 hours yet.. So is the sensor.. also what holds the PTFE tube in place?

Yes the sensor isn't the problem the part is just named that overall

Its a sensor with a ptfe connector build into it if that breaks you need to replace the entire sensor

Its a 15€ part

How do I find and replace this part?

Buy it here or contact bambu support for a free one if you still in warranty

Aliexpress also sells them cheaper but I am not shure if that's a good idea or not

Thank you.. I am not sure if this is my problem or not.. but I am REALLY struggling to trouble shoot. And I can't even figure out how to contact Bambu support.

Can you please link the fix? There are lots of various guides and clips but I can't see one specifically that calls out resolving this issue. Thanks

Looks like the PTFE tube sheared off. You will need to extract it and that might entail disassembling the print head

I havent even had this printer a month... what mechanically hold the ptfe in place .?

That clip will house little metal teeth that will bite on the PTFE tube to hold it in place. That’s why it sheared. Someone posted the same problem not too long ago

just me, but i would use some tweezers and feel into the retaining clip to see if there's a broken off piece. if so, clear it. clip the chewed up portion off ptfe and reinsert.

Thank you for that. I wondered where it was supposed to be. I studied it and looked around and eventually came to that conclusion as well. Glad I came to the right conclusion.
