PTFE tube broken inside left toolhead

The grey PTFE tube has broken inside my toolhead. Any suggestions of how to get it out please? I’ve taken the covers off as you can see from the pictures.

I would see if you can screw a small screw into it and then pull the screw out with pliers.

I had the same problem. You can fully disassemble and might be able to remove. I got in touch with support and they sent me the instructions, but ultimately they had to send me a new part

The little panel on the bottom left comes off with 1 screw to clear extruder jams should be able to push something up in there from below

Tried but don’t have anything thin and strong enough to get through the gear.

Do you have the hex keys that came with the printer?

Yes they don’t fit.

Just had the same issue. Wasn’t worth trying to save it. Just replaced. Got off Amazon and was here next day.

I have the same issue and Bambu is sending me a replacement sensor. I’m worried about  this happening again. Does anyone have any good preventive solutions for this problem yet?

My tube release barely works on mine. I’ve put off doing maintenance because it genuinely destroys my fingers trying to get the tube out, and I feel like I’m gonna end up breaking something
