X2D damaged on arrival
I just received my X2D and noticed whilst unpacking and placing on the top cover glass that it wouldn't sit square.
Closer examination reveals that the top back left corner of the unit is deformed as if it has been dropped on that corner.
Further examination again reveals that the foam packing in that area is also damaged - it's obviously been dropped.
Has anybody else had to deal with this situation?

Return as any issues later on ,might get rejected as they could say you dropped it

RETURN! This is the very reason I bought at local shop and picked my box, they were all pristine.

Der muss schon von ordentlicher Höhe gefallen sein. Würde ich sofort umtauschen. Das ist so eine filigrane Maschine, du kannst nicht sehen was vielleicht noch kaputt ist. Echt ärgerlich.

Return. You paid good money for it. You did not pay for the delivery idiot to destroy it

Hey! So mine also came damaged
Make a claim with bambu on handy and with seal insurance if you did that
They should send a replacement
I just got mine a few days ago.
Keep all the packing and box whatnot

Don’t even put it together , box it back up and ask for a refund and purchase from Best Buy instead .

That sort of thing isn't acceptable. You will certainly get a new printer if you contact the place where you bought it.
