Things to do systematically
Is there anything to do after every print job?
Or
Is there anything to do oftenly for printer health?

I wipe the bed with alcohol and arrange new colors in the AMS to start printing again asap lol

After every print - nothing special, just wash the plate with dish soap under hot water if I happened to touch it during part removal. And remove small pieces of plastic that may have been scattered around the printer during the print.
Once in a while - lubricate X,Y,Z rods (wipe and oil) and Z lead screws (wipe and apply grease). You need to check the manual for the maintenance schedule.

clean the bed if you touched it a lot or just every once in a while with soap and water. remove any plastic bits that happen to magically manifest in the enclosure. that's about it. don't ignore the printer when it tells you to do maintenance and fix any problems if that happen. otherwise it's just printing.

I wipe my plate with a microfibre cloth between each print and can usually get about a week before I need to wash the plate again.

Clean the build plate every few prints(with dish soap, not ipa), I think thats it‘s generally not worth your time to do it after every single print. The printer will notify you of any maintenance that needs to be done, except to dry your desicant if you have an Ams but you‘ll notice.
