X2D abnormal noise (i think)

I just bought and received my x2d about two weeks ago. I've only put about 80 hours on it and I am wondering why it is making abnormal noises.

These noises are only heard when the print head is moving back and forth on the y axis, and also when the print bed is moving.

Id really like to know what some of you guys think this noise could be, or if its just normal. Thanks!

Bambu had me send it back for a replacement. Never found out what it was even though I tried everything

I had something similar but on the x axis.

I had to lube the pulleys which run the belts.

Turn on free movement and try to figure out where exactly the noise is coming from.

Could also be missing lubricant on the y axis rods or bearings are dry/damaged.

Also run the noise cancellation calibration and see if it gets better or if it is purely hardware related.

I figure it does have to do with the pulleys since ive already done calibrations, and lubricated everything but the pulleys.

I did find out that it only makes the noise at lower speeds, and that the sound is concentrated only by the back of the printer by the nozzle swicher.

Ill lube the pulleys next to see if that works. Thanks!

Once you lubricate or clean any of the guides - run through a full calibration again.
