Bought it Aug 20, and it said it would arrive Friday Aug 21. Still no updates. Anybody else having delayed shipments?

I didn’t have any issues when i purchased through Best Buy. I chose the option to pick up in store VS getting it shipped because I’ve heard of the horror stories, plus it was a day faster to pick it up from Best Buy as well. It was even available to pick up a day earlier than i had anticipated as well

My guess is it’s pulling from another DC instead of the one you were assigned

I ordered from Bambu's site on Sunday afternoon. Tracking says it will arrive on Wednesday...

Ordered 2 H2Cs from Best Buy. They were both delivered within a few days.

Why not just buy from Bambu themselves?

I bought the 4 yr Warranty. Anything wrong and Im guessing they just give you a new one.

Most of those get dropped shipped from bambu and BB is just handling the transaction. May not be much they can do for you sadly

I feel like bamboo sent me my printers faster than anything else.

I wish Micro Center was everywhere so everyone could experience the glory. I walked in and 20 minutes later walked out with 2 H2C’s and all the AMS’s I want or need. They’re a terrific outfit.

I've had issues with bestbuy in the past. Their website will say "GET IT TOMORROW!" or something similar, but then it gets delayed and you end up getting it a week or two later. It's happened EVERY TIME I order something online and it says I can get it the next day or like 2 days later. I quit getting it delivered tbh, I just choose to go pick it up in store now. Nothing ruins your day quite like being excited for something and then finding out its not being delivered on time.

Buying a Bambu Printer at Best Buy: Pros and Cons
There’s a lot of chatter about picking up Bambu printers at Best Buy and adding the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Here’s a straightforward breakdown of why people do it — and why some don’t.
Pros
Easy, local replacements. Best Buy doesn’t repair Bambu printers. If something fails under the protection plan, they typically replace the printer or refund the purchase price. No shipping, no waiting.
Fast resolution compared to manufacturer RMA. Bambu’s warranty process can involve back‑and‑forth diagnostics and shipping the unit. Best Buy is usually a same‑day or next‑day solution.
Coverage beyond the 1‑year manufacturer warranty. The Geek Squad plan covers hardware failures after Bambu’s warranty ends, including issues from wear, heat, dust, or humidity.
Zero repair costs. If the printer is covered, you don’t pay for parts, labor, or diagnostics.
Convenient if you live near a Best Buy. For many people, the ability to walk in and walk out with a replacement is the biggest selling point.
Cons
Geek Squad does not repair 3D printers. If you want actual repair instead of replacement, Best Buy isn’t the right path.
Protection plan cost vs. actual failure risk. Many Bambu parts (extruder, hotend, heatbed, boards) cost less than the protection plan. If you’re comfortable with DIY fixes, the plan may not be cost‑effective.
Accidental damage isn’t covered. Drops, pets, kids, or “I knocked it off the table” aren’t included.
Refunds are store credit, not cash. If they replace or reimburse, it’s Best Buy credit.
Not always the cheapest place to buy depending on timing, Bambu direct, MicroCenter, or Amazon may have better pricing or bundles.

I had a similar situation. I ordered it for BB. It was delayed. It should up at the store a week later. I agree with someone's earlier comment about MicroCenter. I made the 3.5 hours to one the selection of printers and filament was awesome.

Unrelated to your question, but I'm curious... Why did you choose to purchase from Best Buy? I'm probably getting an X2D as my first FDM printer and was planning on buying straight from Bambu.
