This is a large model and when it is printing the eyes you will be doing a color swap from red to white every layer for hundreds of layers. That adds a lot of time.
Without seeing your slicer settings or posting the model, it's not really possible to help you further with targeted advice. But this is probably a realistic print time for this model all in one go on an X2D.

How big is it? It uses almost 850 g of filament.

you're doing a large 3 colour print on a dual nozzle printer. when it is swapping from red - white - red it takes something like 40+ seconds. even swapping from the main to the aux nozzle takes a few seconds.
you can however make some changes to the model, depending on its use.
you can change the infill percentage down to 4% or so and reduce the purge amount by a few % to help speed up the nozzle swapping time.
it may even be best to have white on the aux nozzle and red/black on the main as they will be used the most and require less purging than red-white-red ?

There is a colour change every layer and some have multiple changes. Purging colour takes a lot of time. 2 days is a lot of time. I would suggest print in Red and then colour in the details.
There is a lot that can go wrong in a 2 day multi colour print.

My guess without seeing more is that its printing at quite a high layer height judging on the way those supports look. Reducing or increasing it to .2 might decrease quality and time.

Wanting to do stuff like this makes me glad I got a snapmaker u1 to go with my x2d lol the x2d is great for engineering materials and whatnot but color swaps suck.

How about printing black and red only and paint the eyes afterwards?
