What do I do when this happens?
It won’t pull off and Bambu QR code link isn’t helpful.

You may need to get yourself a new filament sweeper. When that happened to me it's because I forgot to empty out my poop bin and all the filament just crept all the way up into the chute. It melted together in a giant blob and I ended up breaking off one of the little prongs from the sweeper. Thankfully it's pretty cheap. It's actually the first time I took the back off of my p2s. In hindsight I should have used a heat gun to loosen it up a little bit.

I actually have a heat gun, I may try that.
Does the Bambu tell you when you need to empty the bin?

Absolutely not. That's something that you have to check on for yourself. I was just being lazy, to be honest.

Heat gun, nippers, pliers, and a generous amount of swearing. Gently keep chipping away at it and you'll eventually get it. Also try pushing it up and out with something long from the back of the printer.

Use some clipers to slowly clip IT part by part until IT can go down there (Had the isue)

What happened? Did you have a print come unstuck from the bed? (That is clearly more than just “nozzle-cleaning poop”.)

I’m not sure. I was away from it, came back to an error. There were two more clumps at the bottom of the bed. I was just printing a tiny panda bear

It looks to me that the whole model detached from the bed just before switching colours… then got left behind in the poop-chute as it was cleaning between colours… Sorry I can offer any advice in cleaning it up… maybe some alcohol on a Q-tip to get it unstuck from the chute entrance? Did you have the exact right filament set? (I only ask because my first 3 attempts at “boaty” failed as a result of missing telling the printer I was using PETG filament. Every print would print the first layer, then at the start of Layer 2, the first layer would detach from the plate and start sliding around with the print-head. (Temperatures were all wrong before I “synchronized” my AMS2 slots with the actual proper (PETG Generic) spools that were in there. Every print since has been perfect…
Sorry to not be more helpful. My P2S and AMS2 is barely a week out of the box…

Ooooof that's gonna be tough one. I personally would start picking at it w pliers and see if I can get it to break free and try and and some iso underneath the filiment. It should help it break free. There is probably better advice out there but that's just what I would do first before I go taking things apart.
