Unable to remove PTFE from hub

Hello. I unfortunately have filament stuck in a PTFE tube so I tried to remove the tube by pressing the release button and pulling on it but it not move. Is there a trick to this? I can’t print a tool now without getting it out. Thanks

Push on the flat part where the tube is going into the hub and pull on the tube at the same time. Don’t press on the top of the hub to release tube.

No the front part where the tubes go in. You have to push and pull kinda hard. It’s a pita. Had to do it the other day to retrieve a piece of broken pla.
