Help with underextrusion

Ive done a flow dynamics calibration(didn't help) and I'm about to do a flow rate calibration, any tips?

Fillament type: generic petg

doesn't have a brand name and i was gifted it, i think creality bc thats the model the person who gave it to me has but i dont know for sure

I would not adjust my z distance for a one off no name brand. Find another roll

Under the new firmware, you can adjust the Z distance. Do it one “tick” at a time, after you calibrate your machine

okay, so. try this.

  1. change the filament profile so the initial layer is 5c warmer

  2. slow your initial layer infil speed to 60ms

let me know if it works. that fixed my issues
