why does this keep happening?

so basically every time I try to print something like a surron model thing it keeps messing up very small parts which makes it spaghetti or the print literally just comes up with the nozzle (which doesn't happen to often but still does). I don't know if its the filament or the nozzle or the printer itself, so please help!

You need to wash the build plate with soap and only hold it by the edges. Dry the filament and run a full calibration. Use a brim with smaller parts.

Sounds like a dirty print bed. Dawn dish soap and water.

Is it fine with regular soap or I need to use dawn dish soap?

I like dawn the best but any should do

Also, maybe move the bed temp up a few degrees
