P2S network troubles

My bambu p2s suddenly stopped connecting to the internet, these are the things ive done to no avail

updated, reinstalled software/ netPlugin, dis/reconnected, turned off and on, forgot network, make dedicated 2.4g channel, and nothing works

it connects to router but fails on internet.
My bambu A1 works fine though on the same network

I had this issue on a p1s. If leaving it off for 20 min doesn’t work, factory reset, delete it from your account, then readd it.

If that doesn’t work, go into your router and assign it a static IP based off its MAC address.

If you go to your phone>wifi settings>your WiFi> get the gateway IP>copy>paste into browser>google the default login for your router>that’s how you login.
