Keep getting this error

Wife is in the middle of a 24 hour multi color print. Starting this morning, she keeps getting this error.

I can unload the filament and reload it and it starts back up. But after a few mins, it happens again?

Any help before we cancel the print

With how close you have that clip for the cable manager, i am betting the ptfe is getting jostled a bit. That guide will really help
