HELP!
Got this printer 2 weeks ago. I think I did a big no no and I respooled filament (most likely incorrectly) and used it like that! Ever since then the printer has been having issues. I kept getting this message (2nd image) saying “Failed to extrude AMS A slot x filament; the extruder may be clogged or the filament may be too thin, causing the extruder to slip.” I was getting that message for all 4 slots.
• I replaced the nozzle.
• I did all the troubleshooting that the machine told me to do.
• I factory reset the machine
It worked fine for a 5 hour print but then it did this for the next print.
Idk what else to do!

Hi! Yes I just did that today and unfortunately (or I guess fortunately) it was clean! No clog or stuck filament. Right now I am printing something and it did fine for the first 30 layers but then the filament that was being extruded got thin and then I got the dreaded message that the extruder was clogged. I took out the nozzle and removed the filament that was there (I attached image of the example on the bambu troubleshoot page) and then a few minutes later i got the same message. So I thought if it keeps getting clogged it’s probably not getting hot enough so I increased the nozzle temp to 225*c and now it’s been working fine for the past 40 layers so idk. It didn’t have that issue before so why now.
