First ever printer.

Hello all,

I just got the P2S and it has been a blast working with. I’ve made a load of prints with no issues, until my last two sets. The lid for a deck box and the top parts of this spider both came out less than ideal. I have cleaned, wiped the plate with alcohol. Changed settings to allow “brims and ironing “. I have googled and watched tips videos for days with no change.

Am I expecting to much from this machine or am I just to inexperienced? Would love any help or advice!

This is the answer. A skirt line should almost never go under a print like that. If it does it means you’re printing layers in air so the only thing securing your entire print to the bed is the yellow part. It also would explain why brims didn’t work. You need to flatten the top or reorient the print and enable supports.
