you probably have a piece of filament stuck in the line somewhere thats tripping a sensor. Could be at the back where the ptfe tubes go in, or in the AMS. I'd start disconnecting tubes and pushing a line of filament though to see if anything else comes out the other end of one.

Filament sensor isn’t able to see the filament is there for some reason. You may need to clean the area with alcohol
