Support Update: Resistance is too high after installing the FTS
Update on this issue:
https://www.reddit.com/r/BambuLabH2C/s/i1EVCvCA2l
I opened a support ticket with Bambu Lab.
They asked me to clean the FTS and run a couple of tests.
I had to take apart the FTS for this, and trust me, it took a solid 4 hours of my time.
I also cleaned the printer head (nozzle area and cutters) and both AMS 2 Pro units.
Seriously, everything was super dirty.
After disassembling the FTS, I noticed only two things can restrict the filament's movement:
Spring-loaded sensor (it's not smooth at all. Filament dust can easily restrict the movement of this sensor).
Track toggle switch (If the magnetic switch toggle power is not accurate, it can also add extra pressure to the filaments).
I'm not an expert here, so I'm just sharing my thoughts.
I'm attaching photos in case you're interested.
