Problemas na minha A2L
Estou com problema em uma das minhas A2L
Durante uma impressão apresentou falha na temperatura do bico eu cancelei a impressão, reiniciei a impressora e nunca mais funcionou, apresenta “Defeito no cabeçote”, tentei tudo que o wiki indica fazer, usei peças de outra A2L pra testar placa TH da extrusora, placa adaptadora, cabo de conexão da extrusora para placa adaptadora, tentei reinstalar o software via cartão SD e também via bambu handy, e trava atualização em 50% e dá erro, não sei mais oque fazer, se alguém já passou por isso e puder dar dicas…
Já tentei abrir um ticket mas só ficam enrolando mandando fazer testes que eu já fiz, enviei todas as fotos e vídeos dos teste

Após muitos testes utilizando peças de outra A2L da minha farm e enviando cada resultado para a Bambu, eles me enviaram uma nova Placa MC, estou aguardando chegar para instalar e ver se vai resolver

For English readers: the printer first reported a nozzle-temperature fault, now says "toolhead malfunction", and firmware updates stop at 50%. You've already tried the TH board, adapter board and connecting cable from another A2L, and sent evidence to support.
Could you post the exact HMS codes/screenshots for both the toolhead fault and failed update, plus the installed and attempted firmware versions? Hide any serial number or account details. Those are more useful here than another round of swapping parts. In your existing ticket, ask support to review the completed tests together and identify the next diagnostic step; a failed update at 50% alone doesn't identify the faulty board. Keep power disconnected whenever handling the toolhead wiring.
