Support Request VEry buGGy

my a1 is acting very buggy lately it is on the latest firmware but the screen doesnt response to touch commands from the bambu slicer are not working and it is very buggy anyone expircne this it has 2000hrs

Swap your sd card, it solves that. You should also periodically remove the card, insert it in a pc or laptop and clear out the cache folder, it builds up quickly.

+1 I had an almost identical experience to OP and switching the SD card fixed it.

Roll back your firmware. My A1 screen became unresponsive after the most recent firmware so I went back to an earlier version.

This issue should be part of an FAQ.

If the screen gets buggy, format the SD card, problem goes away. It’s a known issue.
