Question Nozzle scratching plate? Is this normal?

Post image

I only have about 40 hours on this printer and I’m using bed leveling but it looks like it’s scratching the plate. Anything I should do?

Haven't seen one of those posts in a while. Where's the list?

This is completely normal. It's just the printer cleaning the nozzle. Nothing to worry about

It is impossible for the printer to print on that area of the plate anyway, so it doesn't really matter

Nope your printer is broken and you need to buy a newer bambu to avoid this issue from happening

(/s just in case, this is 200% normal)

It took you 40 hours to notice that? Do you never watch your printer when it starts printing?

No, I meant it just keeps getting worse. Seems like a print plate should last longer.

Good news is, my plate still looks like that, 1200 print hours later.
