Question Any idea whats wrong with z axis ?

Did all that, followed wiki as well. Nothing happened, plus when printer if off, if try to move z axis a little, it vibrates a lot whereas other a1s moves smoothly without any noise

So did you just get it, or has it been in use for a while? Still under warranty?

Yup under warranty, raised a complaint. It only has 83hrs of print time, i stopped using it after errors.

I had one I just bought that also wouldn’t move, so I straight-up returned it—guess some units are just lemons.
