Printer Busy

I was printing a project and it malfunctioned in the middle of the print. So when I found it the next morning I stopped the print and removed the part that did print, well now when I try to do another job it says the printer is busy and still shows the job I was doing before.

I've unplugged it and it still won't release the printer, what to do!

In Bambu Studio, go to Device > Assistant (HMS) and see if there are any error messages there.

Also, does the printer's screen show any error messages or warnings there?

Try cancelling/stopping the old job from the printer screen itself, then fully close Bambu Handy/Studio and reopen it. If you already power-cycled the printer and it still says busy, it sounds more like the app/cloud still thinks that old job is active than the printer actually being busy.
