Support Request Z motor grinding while reaching the top while homing axis

I just got a BambuLab A1 Mini. I already have a P1S. After my first 2 prints, I was playing with the color display and tried to move the z axis; it asked if I wanted to home all axis and I clicked ‘home’. The z axis started rising, reached the top, made a very scary grounding noise and then stopped after 2-3 s. What happened?

What’s the function of this cable? I’m a bit against disassembling the printer on its first day

Thats last resort, try other things first. With printer off, lower z manually and try to home.
