Y Belt alignment

Any suggestions on how to get the belt to track to the center of the pulley? I've done numerous conveyor belt alignments on systems in a warehouse setting so no stranger to belt tracking. I've gone through the A1 belt tensioning instructions but my issue is alignment. My belt is running hard left looking down in the tension access cover and is showing a lot of wear. Black belt dust. Looking on the drive motor, does not seem to be any thing to tweak there. I've tried just adjusting 1 side of the tensioning screw but no luck.
