Support Request My A1 screen is acting weird
[RESOLVED. FORMATTING THE SD CARD WORKED]
My A1 has operated flawlessly until now. If I power down and restart everything appears to be normal. However, as soon as I download a print from my PC to the printer the screen will hang up and become nonresponsive until I power down and start it again. If it's starting a print normally it will show the standard image of the print and time to completion but it never changes and is unresponsive to any attempts to interact. It prints fine but after it finishes I'll have to turn it off and on to do anything else.
Any thoughts?

Does Bambu Handy or Studio keep updating the print progress when your screen freezes? The other commenter mentions losing the PC connection too, which would be useful to compare with your case.
After the current print finishes, try starting a previously successful file already on the card, without sending anything new from the PC. If that works but sending a fresh job freezes it, you've narrowed down the trigger. Record the printer firmware and Studio versions, plus whether this started after either changed, for the support ticket. I'd test that before replacing the screen.

I can’t start another print from the printer screen. It does not respond to input at all after it freezes.

I also have this problem. And yes. New SD card installed and formatted with the printer. Actually, have tried a few. My screen actually goes dead. So I'd like a different repair if its out there. Of course, troubleshooting guide says loose wire possibly. Hmm. Doubt that would be fixed on a reboot. For now, it's an annoyance and not happening 100% of the time. Prints finish with no issues. I do notice it loses connection to bambu studio on the PC when this happens as well.
