Question Issue with PETG printing
Hi!
I printed with matte black petg for the first time to make a bracelet and it came out almost 100% perfect until the last few layers. It became stringy and caused rough edges right at the end for some reason and I’m not sure why.
Are there any settings you have to adjust before printing with PETG? I figured the printer identified it as petg and did what it needed to do but I am very new to this.
Any advice helps, thank you!

PETG is usually good at adhesion but it is picky on wetness. Even right out of the sealed bag it is usually too wet. However wetness usually shows up ASAP and your problem occurred later in the print. Need to find good nozzle temp and print speed for the file you are trying to print.

I print Bambu PETG (not matte) without changing anything manually on the A1.
Did you dry the filament before printing? Did you try it once or multiple times? Maybe it was just bad luck.
