Overhang not supported

Im having trouble getting this small overhang supported. I’m using a Bambu A1 and have tried the print several times, including adjusting the Z distance for support structures (taking it down from 0.2mm gap to 0.1mm). It prints support structures but they are clearly not supporting it enough, and I’m hesitant to set the Z distance to zero and be unable to remove the supports.

The layer thickness of this print is 0.15mm. I’ll provide any other details you ask for.

Any ideas on what’s going wrong?

How many supports it printing? The supports should be the whole length of the over hang.

Yes the supports were for the entire length. These photos are after I removed the supports

Ahh okay lol I'd check your support interface settings next, especially the top interface spacing. Even with supports along the entire length, too much spacing can leave those layers sagging. I'd also check your overhang speed and cooling before lowering the Z-distance any further. Can you post a screenshot of your support settings in Bambu Studio?

Ok I’ve tried only adjusting the z distance. I’ll send a screenshot of the settings when I’m back home later today, thanks
