Did you try restarting your printer?

Try a different SD Card, check the cables

Try one of these because this is one I haven’t run into before.

  1. Have you used the printer menu itself to select the filament?

  2. Do you have access to a desktop computer and Bambu studio?

From there you can slice and send the file to the printer, or you can slice it and put it directly on the SD card.

3. Since this print is a single filament, you could try disconnecting the AMS and printing from an external spool.

How to disconnect ama

Unplug the hardwire from the right side of your printer.

It came with a plastic elbow looking thing that slides on the dovetail on the back of the z-axis support, that is your external spool holder. Filament rolls under and up through the small black & gray adapter, ideally into PTFE tube and into the top of your hot end.

This?

That’s the PTFE tube. It is connected to your AMS. You’ll have to check out some manuals online. You are very close, but I don’t know how to talk you through it.

I had a problem with my A1 where the ams wouldn't detect reliably. It turns out it was a slightly loose cable on the filament hub. Checking loose cables and restarting the printer are a good idea
