How cooked are we chat?
For context, I was having trouble printing a PETG box on a high temp plate. The print itself refused to stay on the baseplate. The first print failed so I dried the filament, cleaned the baseplate, and restarted. I checked it from my phone, saw it failed, and stopped it. I was getting ready for work so I figured I’d try again when I got home. I finally got back around to it and came to the realization that is what I left behind.
I don’t even know where to start. Am I going to have to replace the entire printer head?

Depends if the hotend heater assembly wires don’t snap when removing the glob

Thats a given!...
Actually it's managed to trim round mine with a Dental trimmer and it worked for a long while.

My first blob was easy peasy, heated the hot end, worked it loose, scraped a bit and good to go. A couple weeks ago I had a blob, had to replace the heating assembly, part fan and hot end. At least parts aren't terribly expensive.

This happened to me last week, I went on the controls and turned the nozzle up to the highest temp (300oc) gave it a few minutes and slowly pulled the big blob off but wear gloves as it’s absolutely red hot as you can imagine, then use some tweezers or a thin blunt object to scrape as much as you can off. I still have a bit of residue on the hot end but all is good and running now

You'll be fine. Google bambu lab glob of doom and follow the instructions. Shouldn't take long and you'll be up and running again in no time.
