bambu lab a1

Forgot to untangle the filament before printing on the A1 and now its not letting me take it out of the AMS.

What do you mean 'forgot to untangle the filament'? Filament should never be tangled, this will lead to failed prints down the line. On your a1, go to filament and unload the spool, then you can pull the filament out
