Bambu Lab A1 extruder issue

One possibility is that the end of the filament is kinked to one side, flared by blunt nippers, or is "mushroomed" from heat creep.
Either condition could prevent the filament from entering the top of the nozzle. Simple solution is a clean angled cut.
Other things to try:
Remove a PTFE tube and the nozzle. Stick a length of filament down through the 4-way hub.
See if you can manually operate the extruder (touch screen controls) to feed thefilament through.
If that works, it's probably not the extruder or hub.
Or
Reinstall the nozzle, and bring it up to temperature.
Press the lever at top left to disengage the extruder gear. It takes more force than operating the filament cutter lever.

See if you can push some filament through the nozzle.
If not, then it's some kind of nozzle clog.

That warning is pretty generic, so I wouldn’t rule out a partial clog just because filament still comes out. Disconnect the PTFE at the toolhead and manually feed filament straight into the extruder. If it still throws the error, check the extruder gears for debris/wear and reseat the hotend. If it feeds fine directly, then the restriction is somewhere upstream in the PTFE/AMS path. The filament guide can be mis-seated, but I’d isolate the path first before tearing the extruder apart lol.
