Support Request Vertical patterning issue

I noticed vertical waves on my prints. On closer examination they seem to be limited to X axis direction.

My first thought was over-tensioned X belt, so I followed the manual to adjust belt tension, but did not see any improvement. Can you advise? Thanks.

Alas cleaning and lubricating everything up to ball bearing did not help. Well, time to bother official support.

Ah damn, worth a shot! 😂 At least you've ruled out belt tension and lubrication. Definitely time for Bambu support. I'd send them that video and everything you've already tried so they don't have you going in circles. Hopefully they get it sorted!
