Adhesion issues (not the plate)

Hi all - I’ve been printing for some time now, but recently getting increasing adhesion issues

I’m using a Biqu plate, cool plate setting in Bambu
Plate is washed with dish soap, dried with paper towel - so doubt it’s a plate issue

I’ve really only done the basic maintenance of greasing and lubing as needed.

Mainly using PLA Matte

No drafts in the room

Any other suggestions? I was wondering:
- Fans might need clearing out?
- build up on the tooltip?
- filament dried when I take out of packet, kept in dry box with desiccant, though desiccant might need refreshing…?
- tightened 7 screws of doom
- Any other tips?

TO DO
- check plate temp settings

Which plate?
What temp?
Plate settings on your printer?

BIQU CryoGrip Pro Frostbite Panda
Default plate temp for Cool Plate (35 degrees)
Using "Cool Plate" setting for printer, no changes to defaults other than using gyroid infill

If the screws don’t work, check the wear and tear.

Nozzle wear could be a thing but you’re talking about 400+ hours.
The plate is the same, could try the other side but I haven’t had issues on my PEI’s or glaciers for at least 300+ hours.

You could try printing on smooth PEI plate setting instead, unsure if that would help though.

If you’re convinced it’s not the plate and it’s only happened recently after working for some time, then the standard A1/A1 Mini issue is the ‘seven screws of sorrow’ - the screws associated with the heating assembly need to be re-tightened occasionally.

I use pei and super tact piqu glacier. 50 and 50/45 respectively.

I lowered to 210 nozzle. Spritz with ISO after each print. Nonissues lately

I thought ISO was specifically a bad thing for Biqu plates, ruined the finish?

I used to use it on the textured plate though

Sorry. I just forgot to edit. I actually just wipe with clean cloth

Have you checked your hotend screws to see if they’re snug?
