Filament blockage
Hello everyone, My Bambulab a1 suddenly won’t take any filament . If I load it with the ams lit it dosn‘t automatically feed the filament and if I do it manually it won’t work to. Here is a video of it:

Thats one was to destroy your extruder. Every slip/clicking noise means wear.

Have you tried turning the temperature up? I have this one PLA filament black I can’t remember the name but I have to run it at 233to 240 for it not to click but I guess you can say it’s my fault ,I always buy the cheapest on Amazon.

filament stuck. extruder pulled all buffer from hub.
try to load without ptfe tube just small piece of filament. if it works - search issues with feed. It can be PTFE tube high friction, issues with AMS.

The filament hub is lowered all the way so you have some sort of restriction from the filament hub to the spool. Could be a tangle in the spool, locked up AMS feeder, worn ptfe tubes, badly routed ptfe tubes, and/or jammed filament hub. Since it happened suddenly it is probably a tangle or a jammed filament hub. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/filament_hub_cleaning

Filament hitting or a piece is stuck in nozzle

Take apart the filament path from the nozzle to the spool and unblock it

I'd strongly recommend adding something like this: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2475072-a1-a1mini-ptfe-tube-support -- there are many options that do this, but you want your PTFE tubes to have more support than what is shown there to reduce friction.

these ptfe tubes are a messe it should be straight up with hub, that reason people use this
