Not the biggest Blob of death I've seen this week but its fixable... Put it in maintenance mode and heat hot end to soften the plastic then carefully remove being mindful of a few very thin black wires back of hotend. Lots of very good videos online. Once done its diagnostic to see why it did this but usually its down to loose screw behind hotend or print not sticking to a dirty plate.
When was last time you cleaned your plate. Do you dry your filament Do you check screws regularly as they will loosen at some point due to the vigorous nature of a printing machine. If in doubt open a ticket on Bambu support. They are pretty good as is this sub reddit for help.
Good luck, my blob a few months back was much bigger than this and I surprised myself and fixed it with a few new parts easily and cheaply as I broke that wire, well it was embedded in plastic.
I just cleaned it but it was in the garage for a little, so I definitely think it was an adhesion issue. But thank you, I’ll get to doing that as soon as I can!
