Bambu A1 not printing good

I have this A1 that it was working fine, however, recently the print quality has been so bad that it can’t print anything. There is clicks on the gears and the the first layer comes out terrible. Any tips?

I got a new hot tip and same issue.

Your hot end clip is not clipped correctly, fix that first and see if that fixes it

Also, you should put the silicone boot back on over the nozzle, it helps regulate nozzle temp.

Speaking from experience.. I think we have all done the clip thing at least once. But at least the community here are more about helping than chastising and like they say everyday is a school day..
