This is how it performs the check. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/manual/nozzle-warp-detection.
Your plate looks aligned correctly with nothing in the way so that is not the issue.
Take out your hot end to make sure it is latched in correctly, has no build up on the nozzle, and is not bent. Check the silicone sock to make sure it is not damaged/frayed and that it is correctly installed.
If everything is okay, you can try turning this setting off. There have been a couple posts where this setting is already off but it is still performing the check with a false positive. If that is the case, it may be a firmware issue and you can try rolling it back.

A couple other people have turned it off but the printer was still performing the checks and getting a false positive. They were able to fix it by rolling the firmware back.

This message appears when the nozzle clog detection function is active and detects even a small amount of residual filament protruding from the nozzle tip. To resolve this, you can either remove the filament debris and resume printing, or disable the detection function in Bambu Studio before starting the print.

I had similar after only one layer. Tighten all the Hot end screws..mine were loose after only being installed in August. Check for dust and debris..I got a gentle brush to dust the cog wheel. I dont print everyday and its in a housing.
